AKTION IN SOLIDARITÄT MIT GINO UND MAJA!
AM 30. SEPTEMBER AUF DIE STRASSE!

Am 30. September steht unser Genosse Gino vor Gericht – ein französisches Gericht wird endgültig entscheiden, ob der Antifaschist an Deutschland ausgeliefert wird.

Im vergangenen Jahr erließ der deutsche Staat einen europäischen Haftbefehl gegen Gino und warf ihm vor, im Februar 2023 in Budapest „deutsche Staatsbürger“ angegriffen zu haben.

Gino droht eine zehnjährige Haftstrafe.

Der Haftbefehl gegen Gino wurde relativ kurz nach der Entscheidung des französischen Staates erlassen, ihn nicht an Ungarn auszuliefern, wo ihm eine 24-jährige Haftstrafe gedroht hätte.

Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland hat sich der Hexenjagd des ungarischen Staates gegen militante Antifaschist*innen angeschlossen und setzt mit diesem Haftbefehl die Verfolgung über nationale Grenzen hinweg fort.

Die nicht-binäre Antifaschistin Maja T. befindet sich derzeit mitten in einem Berufungsverfahren – Maja plädiert auf Freiheit, entgegen der zu Beginn des Jahres gegen sie verhängten achtjährigen Haftstrafe.

Gleichzeitig strebt die ungarische Staatsanwaltschaft eine härtere Strafe an.

Wie auch immer die Entscheidungen am 30. September ausfallen mögen:

Als antifaschistische Bewegung dürfen wir uns von diesem Ausmaß an Repression nicht lähmen lassen.

Lasst uns den kapitalistischen und imperialistischen Staaten eine gemeinsame Antwort geben, die lautet:

Nicht mit uns!

Lasst uns Schulter an Schulter gegen ihre Repression stehen und Freiheit für alle politischen Gefangenen fordern!

TO THE STREETS ON THE 30TH SEPTEMBER!

On 30 September, our comrade Gino is due to stand trial – a French court is set to make a final decision on whether the anti-fascist will be extradited to Germany.

Last year, the German state issued a European arrest warrant against Gino, accusing him of attacking “German citizens” in Budapest in February 2023.

Gino faces a ten-year prison sentence.

The arrest warrant against Gino was issued relatively soon after the French state’s decision not to extradite him to Hungary, where he would have faced a 24-year prison sentence.

The Federal Republic of Germany has joined the Hungarian state’s witch-hunt against militant anti-fascists and is continuing the persecution across national borders with this arrest warrant.

The non-binary anti-fascist Maja T. is currently in the midst of an appeal process – Maja is pleading for freedom, contrary to the eight-year prison sentence imposed on them at the start of the year.

At the same time, the Hungarian public prosecutor’s office is seeking a harsher

Whatever the outcome of the decisions on 30 September may be: as an anti-fascist movement, we must not allow ourselves to be paralysed by this scale of repression.

Let us deliver a united response to the capitalist and imperialist states, which is:

Let us stand shoulder to shoulder against their repression and demand freedom for all political prisoners!
