❌️ Die Militarisierung der Gesellschaft reicht inzwischen tief in die Arbeitswelt hinein und verändert die Bedingungen, unter denen wir unsere Tätigkeiten verrichten, grundlegend – ganz egal, ob wir in der Rüstungsindustrie beschäftigt sind, im Krankenhaus oder in der öffentlichen Verwaltung.
❌️ Die Rechte der Beschäftigten werden den Erfordernissen der Militarisierung angepasst.
Hart erkämpfte Errungenschaften der Arbeiter:innenbewegung wie der Acht-Stunden-Tag und die Lohnfortzahlung im Krankheitsfall werden infrage gestellt.
❌️,Die Kriegsertüchtigung unserer Gesellschaft strukturiert das Verhältnis zwischen Kapital und Arbeit neu und macht den Arbeitsplatz zum zentralen Feld der Auseinandersetzung um Krieg und Frieden.

🔥 Wie wirken wir darauf hin, dass Gewerkschaften sich als Kampforganisationen entschieden gegen die Militarisierung stellen?

❌️ The militarisation of society now extends deep into the world of work and is fundamentally changing the conditions under which we carry out our jobs – regardless of whether we are employed in the arms industry, in a hospital or in public administration.
❌️ Workers’ rights are being adapted to the demands of militarisation.
Hard-won achievements of the labour movement, such as the eight-hour day and continued pay in the event of illness, are being called into question.
❌️ The preparation of our society for war is reshaping the relationship between capital and labour and turning the workplace into the central arena of the struggle over war and peace.
