Aufruf zur solidarischen Prozessbegleitung

Kommt am Freitag, den 16. Oktober, um 11 Uhr mit uns zum Gericht, wo ein weiterer Fall unter dem Motto „Vom Fluss bis zum Meer – Palästina wird frei sein“ verhandelt wird.

Diesmal geht es um einen Aufkleber, der bei der „East Pride“-Demonstration auf das zionistische Transparent geklebt wurde.

Die Kriminalisierung des Slogans „Vom Fluss bis zum Meer wird Palästina frei sein“ ist eine Ablenkungsmaßnahme, und wir verstehen sie auch als solche.

Es handelt sich um eine Form rechtlicher und bürokratischer Gewalt, die darauf abzielt, diejenigen von uns einzuschüchtern und zum Schweigen zu bringen, die für eine entschiedene, antizionistische Politik eintreten – eine Politik, deren Vertretung eine moralische Pflicht ist.

Wir werden dem Rassismus und Faschismus der zionistischen Ideologie und ihrer Institution weiterhin mit unerschütterlicher Überzeugung entgegentreten.

Wir werden weiterhin darauf bestehen, dass das Land des historischen Palästinas zwischen dem Fluss und dem Meer tatsächlich frei und gleichberechtigt für alle sein wird, dass die Kolonie untergehen wird und dass alle, die es verdienen, für ihre Vernichtungskampagne gegen die Palästinenser zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden.

Die Geschichte, nicht ein Gerichtssaal, wird Zeuge der Verwirklichung wahrer Gerechtigkeit sein – von Palästina bis nach Deutschland und darüber hinaus.

Join us in court on Friday 16 of October at 11am for another case of „From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free“.

This time, we are talking about a sticker which was applied to the Zionist banner at the “ East Pride“ demonstration.

The criminalization of the statement „From the river to the sea Palestine will be free“ is a distraction, and we understand it as such. It is a form of legal and bureaucratic violence designed to intimidate and silence those of us who stand in a firm, antizionist politic – one that is a moral duty to represent.

We will continue to confront the racism and fascism of the ideology of Zionism and its entity, with unwavering conviction.

We will continue to insist that the land of historic Palestine between the river and the sea will indeed be free and equal for everyone, that the colony will fall, and all who deserve it will be held accountable for its extermination campaign of the Palestinians.

History, not a courtroom, will bear witness to the attainment of true justice — from Palestine to Germany and beyond.
