Seit August steht Frank S. vor dem Landgericht Berlin. Ihm wird vorgeworfen, Frauen betäubt und v3rg3waltigt und die Taten gefilmt zu haben.
Die V3rg3waltigungen, die Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens sind, hat er eingeräumt.
Doch das Ausmaß geht weit darüber hinaus:
Auf seinen Datenträgern fanden Ermittler Aufnahmen von insgesamt 59 mutmaßlich betroffenen Frauen. Viele von ihnen erfuhren erst durch die Polizei, was ihnen angetan worden sein soll.
Dieser Fall ist kein „unfassbarer Einzelfall“, den wir anschließend wieder vergessen können.
Er zeigt, wie s3xualisierte G3walt durch Macht, Kontrolle, digitale Räume und den Austausch unter Tätern ermöglicht und normalisiert werden kann.
In sichergestellten Chats soll Frank S. anderen Männern Hinweise zur Betäubung von Frauen gegeben und nach Aufnahmen ihrer Taten gefragt haben.
Und trotzdem bleiben die Zuschauer:innenbänke teilweise fast leer.
Das wollen wir ändern.
Nicht die Betroffenen müssen Öffentlichkeit herstellen.
Nicht sie müssen ihre Verletzungen öffentlich machen, damit wir hinschauen.
Solidarität ist unsere Aufgabe.

Frank S. has been on trial at the Berlin Regional Court since August. He is accused of drugging and r@ping women and of filming the offences.
He has admitted to the rapes that are the subject of these proceedings.
But the scale of the offences goes far beyond that:
Investigators found recordings of a total of 59 women believed to have been affected on his data storage devices. Many of them only learnt from the police what was allegedly done to them.
This case is not an ‘inconceivable isolated incident’ that we can simply forget about afterwards.
It shows how s3xualised vi0lence can be enabled and normalised through power, control, digital spaces and communication amongst perpetrators.
In seized chat logs, Frank S. is alleged to have given other men advice on how to drug women and asked for recordings of their crimes.
And yet, the public gallery remains almost empty at times.
We want to change that.
It is not up to the victims to bring this into the public eye.
It is not up to them to make their injuries public so that we take notice.
Solidarity is our responsibility.
️That is why we are attending the final days of the trial on 13 and 14 October

And we want to show that s3xualised vi0lence does not remain hidden simply because those affected cannot or do not wish to speak out publicly.
