On 30 September, what is expected to be the final day of the appeal hearing against Maja, Anna and Gabri will take place in Budapest.<\/strong><\/p>\nAfter more than two years in inhumane detention, last year\u2019s protracted trial and the uncertain outlook for the future, Maja deserves to feel our full solidarity once again.<\/p>\n
To this end, we plan to travel from Berlin to Budapest on the afternoon of 29 September in a fully booked \u2018Solibus\u2019, stopping at Schkeuditz (for those heading to Halle\/Leipzig), Jena and Dresden.<\/p>\n
On 30 September, we will show our support for Maja both outside and inside the courthouse, and in the evening we will set off on the return journey together. Everyone should be back home by 1 October.<\/p>\n
Itinerary:
\n<\/strong>The bus is scheduled to depart Berlin at 3 pm and will stop at the designated locations on the way to Dresden.<\/p>\nWe\u2019ll then travel through the night to Budapest. In the morning, there should be enough time for a coffee before the rally outside the courthouse begins at 8 am.<\/p>\n
The hearing is due to start at 9 am, and we want to welcome Maja with a packed public gallery!<\/p>\n
However, the rally outside is just as important.<\/p>\n
Anyone who doesn\u2019t wish to register to attend the court hearing can still show their support just as loudly and in solidarity here.<\/p>\n
After the day\u2019s proceedings, we\u2019ll spend the time together until our departure in the early evening. This will be an opportunity for discussion, networking, food and drinks.<\/p>\n
