\u201eVom Fluss bis zum Meer \u2013 Pal\u00e4stina wird frei sein\u201c. <\/strong><\/p>\n Die Person, die vor Gericht stand, hatte eine verk\u00fcrzte Version dieses Slogans in ihrem Twitter-Nutzernamen.<\/p>\n Obwohl der Slogan ein weltweiter Aufruf zu Freiheit und Gleichheit im gesamten historischen Pal\u00e4stina ist, wirft der Staat dem Twitter-Nutzer vor, einen Slogan der Hamas zu verwenden, und f\u00fchrt dabei die Charta der Bewegung aus dem Jahr 2017 als \u201eBeweis\u201c an.<\/p>\n Ein neuer absurder Versuch der Unterdr\u00fcckung durch den Staat.<\/strong><\/p>\n Wenn wir uns den Wortlaut der Charta ansehen, stellen wir fest, dass sie den Slogan nicht w\u00f6rtlich enth\u00e4lt, sondern vielmehr auf das verweist, was die Bewegung als Befreiung Pal\u00e4stinas betrachtet:<\/p>\n \u201ePal\u00e4stina, das sich vom Jordan im Osten bis zum Mittelmeer im Westen und von Ras al-Naqurah im Norden bis Umm al-Rashrash im S\u00fcden erstreckt, ist eine untrennbare territoriale Einheit.<\/p>\n Es ist das Land und die Heimat des pal\u00e4stinensischen Volkes.<\/p>\n Die Vertreibung und Verbannung des pal\u00e4stinensischen Volkes aus seinem Land und die Errichtung der zionistischen Entit\u00e4t darin heben das Recht des pal\u00e4stinensischen Volkes auf sein gesamtes Land nicht auf und begr\u00fcnden keine Rechte f\u00fcr die usurpierende zionistische Entit\u00e4t darin.\u201c<\/p>\n In der Charta hei\u00dft es au\u00dferdem: \u201eDie Hamas lehnt jede Alternative zur vollst\u00e4ndigen und umfassenden Befreiung Pal\u00e4stinas, vom Fluss bis zum Meer, ab.\u201c<\/p>\n Es ist wichtig, sich daran zu erinnern, dass auch in der ersten Charta der PLO von 1964 hei\u00dft: \u201ePal\u00e4stina mit seinen Grenzen zur Zeit des britischen Mandats ist eine unteilbare regionale Einheit.\u201c<\/p>\n Und nach dem Beginn der modernen pal\u00e4stinensischen Revolution wurde die Charta der PLO 1968 von allen damals bestehenden militanten pal\u00e4stinensischen Fraktionen neu verfasst.<\/p>\n Der Satz \u201ePal\u00e4stina mit den Grenzen, die es w\u00e4hrend des britischen Mandats hatte, ist eine unteilbare territoriale Einheit\u201c blieb unver\u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n Mit anderen Worten: Der Slogan dr\u00fcckt nicht nur eine legitime antizionistische politische Position aus, die weltweit von der Solidarit\u00e4tsbewegung f\u00fcr Pal\u00e4stina geteilt wird, sondern auch ein Prinzip, das im pal\u00e4stinensischen Befreiungskampf verankert ist und so alt ist wie der Kampf selbst.<\/p>\n Den Slogan zu kriminalisieren bedeutet, of „From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free“. <\/strong><\/p>\n The person standing in front of court had an abbreviated version of the slogan in their twitter username.<\/p>\n Although the slogan is a worldwide call for freedom and equality in all of historic Palestine , the state is accusing the Twitter-user of using a Hamas slogan, using the movement’s charter in 2017 as „evidence“.<\/p>\n A new absurd attempt at repression by the State.<\/strong><\/p>\n If we look at what the charter states, we see that it doesn’t contain the slogan word for word, but rather refers to the what the movement considers the liberation of Palestine:<\/p>\n „Palestine, which extends from the River Jordan in the east to the Mediterranean in the west and from Ras al-Naqurah in the north to Umm al-Rashrash in the south, is an integral territorial unit.<\/p>\n It is the land and the home of the Palestinian people.<\/p>\n The expulsion and banishment of the Palestinian people from their land and the establishment of the Zionist entity therein do not annul the right of the Palestinian people to their entire land and do not entrench any rights therein for the usurping Zionist entity.“<\/p>\n The charter also states: „Hamas rejects any alternative to the full and complete liberation of Palestine, from the river to the sea.“<\/p>\n It’s important to remember that the PLO’s first charter of 1964 also states: „Palestine with its boundaries at the time of the British Mandate is a regional indivisible unit.“<\/p>\n And after the launch of the modern Palestinian revolution, the PLO’s charter was rewritten in 1968 by all Palestinian militant factions at the time.<\/p>\n The article „Palestine, with the boundaries it had during the British Mandate, is an indivisible territorial unit.“ remained unchanged.<\/p>\n In other words, the slogan expresses not only a legitimate antizionist political position shared worldwide by the Palestine solidarity movement, but a principle enshrined in the Palestine liberation struggle as old as the struggle itself.<\/p>\n To criminalize the slogan is to criminalize the Palestine liberation struggle. <\/strong><\/p>\n And this
