AKTION IN SOLIDARIT\u00c4T MIT GINO UND MAJA!
\nAM 30. SEPTEMBER AUF DIE STRASSE!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Am 30. September steht unser Genosse Gino vor Gericht \u2013 ein franz\u00f6sisches Gericht wird endg\u00fcltig entscheiden, ob der Antifaschist an Deutschland ausgeliefert wird.<\/p>\n

Im vergangenen Jahr erlie\u00df der deutsche Staat einen europ\u00e4ischen Haftbefehl gegen Gino und warf ihm vor, im Februar 2023 in Budapest \u201edeutsche Staatsb\u00fcrger\u201c angegriffen zu haben.<\/p>\n

Gino droht eine zehnj\u00e4hrige Haftstrafe. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Der Haftbefehl gegen Gino wurde relativ kurz nach der Entscheidung des franz\u00f6sischen Staates erlassen, ihn nicht an Ungarn auszuliefern, wo ihm eine 24-j\u00e4hrige Haftstrafe gedroht h\u00e4tte.<\/p>\n

Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland hat sich der Hexenjagd des ungarischen Staates gegen militante Antifaschist*innen angeschlossen und setzt mit diesem Haftbefehl die Verfolgung \u00fcber nationale Grenzen hinweg fort.<\/p>\n

Die nicht-bin\u00e4re Antifaschistin Maja T. befindet sich derzeit mitten in einem Berufungsverfahren \u2013 Maja pl\u00e4diert auf Freiheit, entgegen der zu Beginn des Jahres gegen sie verh\u00e4ngten achtj\u00e4hrigen Haftstrafe.<\/p>\n

Gleichzeitig strebt die ungarische Staatsanwaltschaft eine h\u00e4rtere Strafe an.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wie auch immer die Entscheidungen am 30. September ausfallen m\u00f6gen:<\/p>\n

Als antifaschistische Bewegung d\u00fcrfen wir uns von diesem Ausma\u00df an Repression nicht l\u00e4hmen lassen.<\/p>\n

Lasst uns den kapitalistischen und imperialistischen Staaten eine gemeinsame Antwort geben, die lautet:<\/p>\n

Nicht mit uns! <\/strong><\/p>\n

Lasst uns Schulter an Schulter gegen ihre Repression stehen und Freiheit f\u00fcr alle politischen Gefangenen fordern!<\/strong><\/p>\n

ACTION IN SOLIDARITY WITH GINO AND MAJA! <\/strong>
\nTO THE STREETS ON THE 30TH SEPTEMBER!<\/strong><\/p>\n

On 30 September, our comrade Gino is due to stand trial \u2013 a French court is set to make a final decision on whether the anti-fascist will be extradited to Germany.<\/p>\n

Last year, the German state issued a European arrest warrant against Gino, accusing him of attacking \u201cGerman citizens\u201d in Budapest in February 2023.<\/p>\n

Gino faces a ten-year prison sentence. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The arrest warrant against Gino was issued relatively soon after the French state\u2019s decision not to extradite him to Hungary, where he would have faced a 24-year prison sentence.<\/p>\n

The Federal Republic of Germany has joined the Hungarian state\u2019s witch-hunt against militant anti-fascists and is continuing the persecution across national borders with this arrest warrant.<\/p>\n

The non-binary anti-fascist Maja T. is currently in the midst of an appeal process \u2013 Maja is pleading for freedom, contrary to the eight-year prison sentence imposed on them at the start of the year.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the Hungarian public prosecutor\u2019s office is seeking a harsher<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whatever the outcome of the decisions on 30 September may be: as an anti-fascist movement, we must not allow ourselves to be paralysed by this scale of repression.<\/p>\n

Let us deliver a united response to the capitalist and imperialist states, which is:<\/p>\n

Not on our watch! <\/strong><\/p>\n
