Kommt am Freitag, den 16. Oktober, um 11 Uhr mit uns zum Gericht, wo ein weiterer Fall unter dem Motto \u201eVom Fluss bis zum Meer \u2013 Pal\u00e4stina wird frei sein\u201c verhandelt wird.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Diesmal geht es um einen Aufkleber, der bei der \u201eEast Pride\u201c-Demonstration auf das zionistische Transparent geklebt wurde.<\/p>\n

Die Kriminalisierung des Slogans \u201eVom Fluss bis zum Meer wird Pal\u00e4stina frei sein\u201c ist eine Ablenkungsma\u00dfnahme, und wir verstehen sie auch als solche.<\/p>\n

Es handelt sich um eine Form rechtlicher und b\u00fcrokratischer Gewalt, die darauf abzielt, diejenigen von uns einzusch\u00fcchtern und zum Schweigen zu bringen, die f\u00fcr eine entschiedene, antizionistische Politik eintreten \u2013 eine Politik, deren Vertretung eine moralische Pflicht ist.<\/p>\n

Wir werden dem Rassismus und Faschismus der zionistischen Ideologie und ihrer Institution weiterhin mit unersch\u00fctterlicher \u00dcberzeugung entgegentreten.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wir werden weiterhin darauf bestehen, dass das Land des historischen Pal\u00e4stinas zwischen dem Fluss und dem Meer tats\u00e4chlich frei und gleichberechtigt f\u00fcr alle sein wird, dass die Kolonie untergehen wird und dass alle, die es verdienen, f\u00fcr ihre Vernichtungskampagne gegen die Pal\u00e4stinenser zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden.<\/p>\n

Die Geschichte, nicht ein Gerichtssaal, wird Zeuge der Verwirklichung wahrer Gerechtigkeit sein \u2013 von Pal\u00e4stina bis nach Deutschland und dar\u00fcber hinaus.<\/p>\n

This time, we are talking about a sticker which was applied to the Zionist banner at the “ East Pride“ demonstration.<\/p>\n

The criminalization of the statement „From the river to the sea Palestine will be free“ is a distraction, and we understand it as such. It is a form of legal and bureaucratic violence designed to intimidate and silence those of us who stand in a firm, antizionist politic – one that is a moral duty to represent.<\/p>\n

We will continue to confront the racism and fascism of the ideology of Zionism and its entity, with unwavering conviction. <\/strong><\/p>\n

We will continue to insist that the land of historic Palestine between the river and the sea will indeed be free and equal for everyone, that the colony will fall, and all who deserve it will be held accountable for its extermination campaign of the Palestinians.<\/p>\n
